Troubles with the Incompetence Company....

My insurance (incompetence) company lost all of my paperwork. I've been calling everyday for weeks to check on the status and they kept telling me that nothing had been put on the computers yet. So I called the surgeons office and they called the insurance company. They were told that they never received anything. I have a signed return receipt that says they did, but of course, that means nothing. The paperwork is still gone. Bastids!!!! Add that to the fact that my day started with more incompetence at my pharmacy (and one disgusting incident of watching the sales association openly pick her nose... while looking at me.... and I mean she was digging.) AND the new brakes on my car (had to have all four pads and rotors REPLACED) are seizing up on me. I just wanna
