Ok, everyone. This will be a nightly post that we will start. If you want to start the thread, be my guest. If no one posts this, then I will. The idea here is to list everything that you have eaten for the day. And maybe we can get some new ideas on some things to eat. EVERYONE is welcome. If you are preop/postop or just fighting with your insurance company, please post. Maybe these post will help you or someone else, to see where maybe you need to make some changes in your diet. So here we go!!!!!!! This will be my post for the day: B~~Carb Freedom Strawberry Yougart 1 sm cup of coffee with splenda/cream L~~1 Crunchy taco from Taco Bell~~couldn't eat all of it D~~2 slice of provolone rolled up with 3 slices of sand. peperoni No snacks for me tonight. 60oz of water/Vitamins!!! Ive been bad today.. but since Im sick and not eating much Im not going to beat myself up too much.. B- hot cocoa and 1 bite of banana s- 2 bites of cheese stick l- 1/4 cup chicken broth s- 3 small pretzels sticks d- 1/4 cup chicken broth Ive drank 1 isopure protein drink and around 40oz of water... I did get my multivitamin in today but no calcium, iron, or biotin.. Im still trying to get to it but its not looking good for today.. Hopefully this bug leaves soon so I can get back on track.. Thanks for starting this Carmella... Maybe this will help me keep better track of my food intake and help to remind me to take ALL my vitamins!! Amber M*

I am pre-op but on a low carb diet. heres what i had today B~4 slices of Ham(lunch meat) L~a pear Snack~ 10 triscuits with cheese and pepperoni D~meatloaf, sweet potato and grapes with crystal light iced tea didnt drink nearly enough today- guessing about 20 ounces of water and 20 of tea

I have been verybad today I have been very upset all day I have had isopure protein shake that has 50grams of its 12ozs drink that I sipped until it was gone. Then I got very upset over my other BS and I have had about half gallon of water and thats it!I am not gonna be this upset tomarrow cuz I don't wanna ruin my new plumbing!
