Today was better
Well today was better, I was more focused. I had an Unjury vanilla for breakfast,,,better then most, but still ickey. Then I had a Slim fast high protein chocolate for lunch, and that too, I could get down, but still nasty.
About 4 I got to feeling sick agian, called my dr, and they told me I was probaly dehydrating, to up the water, jello, popsicles, and I could have some string cheese or yogurt, if it were low carb.
well i had my 4 year old at the dr's, again, and then we had to go pick up my cpap, so i got some cheese, cause i was famished. I tried to have another protein drink when I got home, but it wouldn't go down. So i had broth and jello instead. I sit here sipping hot tea and feel much better now. Now that I know, I will definatly keep up the water and crystal light tomorrow, and hopefully will make it past 4 and still feel good.
Tonight is my first night with my new CPAP,,,lucky me...
Hopefully now that I know what the problem was, tomorrow will be an even better day. 5 days and a wake up to go...
