Well I guess Ill beat Carmella to it today... Sorry!! B- 1/2 plum & 1cup of milk s- cheese stick l- steak, a bite of potatos, a bite of corn s-5 pretzel sticks d-cottage cheese with apple sauce will be having another cheese stick before bed tonight.. I dont have all my vitamins in yet.. Im lacking water.. I managed to get almost 40g of protein.. and I found out today that I can drink Apple Juice Light!! Yippee!! Something with flavor thats not milk based!! I will go grab my vitamins now so that I dont get yelled at later! Hope everyone had a good and healthy day today! Amber

Hey Amber!! No problem. Anyone can start this thread!!!! B~nothing *sigh* 2 sm cup of coffee with splenda/cream L~ I got a grilled chix salad with Ranch from Arby's and I ate the chix, cheese, bacon and cukes. (acutally you couldn't tell I ate off of it.) D~ 1 cup of homemade beef stew (meat,corn, peas, potatoes, green beans) No snacks today. I'm done eating Water has been horrible for me!!!! I had about 10oz of water today and thats all. I'll try to get another big glass down, later tonight. (I'm waiting my min. 30 minutes to drink) Multi Viatimin/B12/Calcium. Have a great night. 2 days until the dredded excercise starts. Ugh. HELP!! I am glad I have to do this now but embarrassed about what I ate today. I am eating from emotions and I need to STOP!! B~nothing L~a pear(again) Snack~two mini cheeseburgers 2nd Snack~beef and cheese stick(slim jims) and cashews D~steak nachos bell grande from taco bell, popcorn chicken and 2 mini snickers w/almonds and probably 10 p.b.hershey kisses. I am going to have to work REALLY hard to have a better day tomorrow.

WELL IM A PRE-OPPER SO THIS IS WHAT I HAD...TRYING TO LOSE BABY FAT BEFORE SURGERY LOL. B-HUGE CUP COFFE WITH EQUAL AND COFFEE MATE MID SNACK-SLIMFAST LUNCH-APPLE MID SNACK-SLIMFAST DINNER-CAMBELLS CHUNKY VEG SOUP AND WATER ALL DURING THE DAY WITH MEDS

I'm pre-surgery, too... less than a WEEK to go, I cannot believe it!! Today, I had a protein shake this morning, and just finished a lettuce bowl with tuna (dry) on it, and fat free dressing. I'm drinking a Sobe (sp?) grapefruit/cranberry drink (Lean). My nieces and great nephew are coming up from CA in 2 hours, so I will be taking them out to get something to eat ... but I'm gonna be GOOD. I have to get all the weight I can OFF before surgery!! So far, since the end of August, I'm down 32lbs. (Some of that had been regained, and had to be lost again... ).
