Hi Carm, All your other posts require too much thinking for me, but maybe I can pull this one out for ya (and me - lol)... 1. I would like to get down to at least 215 pounds (maybe even 210) by my 6 month anniversary at the end of the month (that would be a total loss of 118-123 pounds so far). 2. To continue to exercise every day for at least 30 minutes. 3. To organize my closets and get rid of the clothes that are too big (no matter how much I still like them - lol). Tanja

Hey, this is perfect. I was just laying out my goals for the month Great idea! 1. To exercise at least 3 times a week 2. Take my vitamins everyday 3. Take the stairs at work 4. Follow a budget 5. Start the day with protein 6. To be emotionally honest with those around me (sounds very self-helpish, doesn't it This is perfect - I figured since I have a few months to wait for surgery (waiting for appeal) it would be a good idea to get my life in order now! This appeal has actually been a good thing.

(((((((((((((((((Priscilla)))))))))))))))))) Sweetie............I'm soo sorry. I know exactly what you are going through. I had to go through 3 insurance companies and United Health Care was my savior. You can read my profile about it. I'm sorry you have an exclusion in your policy. My adivce........Keep your chin up and seek other insurance. If that means finding a different job, so be it. Do whatever it takes and research all your options. I wish you the best of luck in whatever your outcome. Carmella
