Protein Drinks?

Hi T I use the Body Fortress Chocolate from Walmart about $12 it's alright tasting as far as protein powders go. Lately I've mixed in 1/3 cup of powdered milk and a squirt of SF chocolate syrup and it takes care of the after taste, and as an added bonus it ups the protein count for ya! Hope this helps, I've not tried any others I like. I have tried the EAS Vanilla from Walmart and it is When I try others I'll pass on my opinion. Take care, Anita

Hi T, I'm a dedicated Unjury person. I tried the others and just couldn't get past the taste. I use the Chocolate in skim milk and it's so very near to "chocolate milk" taste that I like it. Also use the unflavored Unjury in skim milk with two-three tablespoons of sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding mix ... can flavor it anyway you like then. I favor the banana SF/FF pudding mix ... Hi T I use the Whey protein powder, chocolate flavor from Walmart. Brand: Advant Edge. Whey protein powder I only use the chocolate flavor, but they make strawberry, and vanilla too. I mix it in skim nonfat milk that I buy by the gallon at Stop and Shop. I use a plastic quart bottle, mix a couple bottles at a time (it keeps for a day or two just fine in the fridge) with one or two scoops to a quart.. thats 20-40 grams per quart. I use a quart every morning.. it takes me a couple hours, sometimes more sometimes less. Sip.. sip .. sip I am ten months out.. and I get most of my protein from food but first four months I ONLY drank protein drinks out of fear, and ignorance. I am down 184 pounds, from 601 pounds, I weigh 416 pounds as of a week ago. I havent lost any hair, and I am a happy camper. I have ALSO used the brand : "Designer" sold from GNC stores, but its spendier.. costs more and to me tastes the same as the "Advant Edge" Purple label whey protein they sell (cheaper) at Walmart.
