vitamins!!!

Did you remember to take your vitamins this morning?? we all know how important it is for us all to take our vitamins!! Multi-vitamins!! Calcium!! B12!! Iron!! This is a new week and Im GOING to get all my vitamins in all week!! Im off to a good start- I just have to remember the evening vitamins now... So how are you doing with the vitamins?? am I the only one who needs the daily reminder?? Amber

I take mine in the morning before I get up from my puter dont miss that many hope they are doing good

Hey Amber, Holy Cow!!! I dont know how a person is supposed to get in all of those vitamins. My doc has me on Actigall (gallbladder med) for 6 months. Its a huge horse pill capsule that cannot be taken 2 hours before or 2 hours after any vitamin or minierals. Then the iron cant be taken with the calcium. Then theres zinc, 2multi viatmins, B12, vitamin c, and nexium. It seems like a full time job somedays just trying to get all of them in....not to mention the 64 oz. Then Actigall again at night. I'm not complaining mind you But I know what you mean. take care willby

Willby, If you want to simplify, you try the vitamin regime WISH has me on. I take one B complex and one multivitamin with iron with breakfast/when I wake up, then calcium citrate with D with lunch and dinner. If you went to this a form of schedule, you could take the Actigall at bedtime and in the morning, and then take the vitamins at lunch, midafternoon and an hour or so after dinner. I know it's confusing, but the vitamins are really important...if you don't want to go blind, etc.

Rebecca, Thank you for the suggestion! i know its just a matter of settling into a pattern. So far I havent been able to fit all of them in..........and i do know how important they are. I dont want all of my hair to fall out Take care willby

Amber, One thing that really helps me remember is that on Sundays I fill up a pill box for the week with every thing I'm supposed to take. Then I do it with breakfast each morning. I also take chewable calcium citrates. They are big pills and I put them in the snack size ziplocs and take them with me to work, since they can't be taken at the same time as the iron in the morning. Anyway, it has been working great. I really know this is important and I've done pretty well so far in remembering! Lori 384/280/170
