Hey all... havent seen this posted yet and I LOVE IT so here goes Im having b- Protein Shake (chocolate with insant coffee for a little AMP on icky monday) S- water L- Chicken Salad on whole wheat crackers S- Cheese stick D - 1/4 Roasted Red pepper Chicken Burger with provelone sans the bun with some salad S- Milk That about does it for me .. what about you?

WELL I HAVE BEEN SLIMFASTING SO THATS WHAT'S UP FOR THE BREAKFAST WITH LIL JAVA MON AND THEN SLIMFAST ALSO FOR LUNCH AND A APPLE FOR A SNACK AND TANJA HAS TURNED ME INTO A SOUTH BEACH FANATIC! I REALLY LIKE THEM. AND OF CORSE THE WATER DRINKING ALL DAY ADDED IN. YUM YUM :O( HUGS MARGARET

thanks Stephanie for posting this! It helps to keep me on track with my food!! B- 8oz milk & cheese stick s- nothing L- 1/4 cup of spaghetti-o s- 5 pretzel sticks d- ground steak with cheese sauce s- s/f f/f pudding I didnt do too bad today.. I didnt snack much! I did manage to get all my vitamins in ( I have to take calcium tonight) and I managed to get 20oz of water, 30oz of crystal lite with protein powder.. Ill get the rest of my water tonight before bed.. So I made my protein goal today and I didnt do too bad eating!! Yippeee!!

Well I'm on my preop liquid diet so here goes for me 10 oz. beef broth 2 8 oz. protein shakes 4 SF popsicles cream of broccoli soup w/no broccoli 72 oz. water Multivitamins and Iron 12 oz. Caffiene Free Diet Coke 12 oz.V8 May have some Chocolate Fudge SF pudding soon. Doing good on this liquid diet I think. It was only hard around 2pm. Hope everyone has a great evening. Hi Stephanie~!!! B~~Carb Countdown Strawberry Yogart L~~ 1/2 salad with 2oz grilled chix breast D~~1/2 salad with 3oz of steak Trying to get my water in.........took my vitamins. Wish I could of eaten more today, but I was busy tonight and it's already 9:25pm and I'm just now trying to eat dinner. Carmella

ok I did not do any better today then yesterday B chicken tenders s- none L-none s-none d-chips I know I suck at this eating thing I have got to get it right so yell if you must but I did go shopping today and got some good stuff so that I could maybe eat better lets hope love you guys shelley

SHELLEY, You said yell at you if we must well yelling never got me anywhere and I dont like to be yelled at so I thought i might just try help with some quick fix'n things so here goes: Ultra lean pizza pockets 25g of protein lean cusine lasagna one serving or box is 2 meals for us it has about 10gms of protein per half potion cheese stick has 9gr milk has 8gr canned tuna with fat free mircle whip has 23grs per 30s of tuna. I hope this helps girl you gotta eat in order to stablize your matabolizm other wise it gets very hard to loose weight. drink drink drink drink water water water water it helps flush those body toxins Connie
