I managed to get over 80g of protein today! Yippee!! Took all my vitamins!! did a mile on the treadmill!! And drank almost 60 oz of water today..

I have to get me some of those protien shakes everyone is doing here. I am terrible about eating breakfast, and often skip lunch now too. Here's what I had today!

D~beef and cheese quesadillas, butternut squash and a small handful of french fries
S~sugar free chocolate pudding
16 oz of crystal light

First off, I went to the gym and did 20 minutes treadmill, 20 minutes stationary bike and 2 laps around track.
before gym: 1/2 slim fast breakfast bar
breakfast: 1 cup fat free cottage cheese with chives
1 medium tomato
Lunch: Peasant stew (got to eat it for a few days. It is good though)
1 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Dinner: 1 c plain lowfat yogurt
22 raw almonds
3/4 c raw strawberries
Fitday shows me at 87 grams of protein for the day. I've taken all my vitamins.

I REALLY SUCK today!
b- chocolate protein mixed in a nonfat iced latte from SBUX

L- Chicken Salad on 4 Whole wheat crackers
S- NONE

9 oz of water (OMG- i better go drink something now!)
45 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the death machine(stairs)
37 grams of protein TOTAL so far ...
ok get ready to yell again but I am sick and in pain I took all my meds have drank all that I needed to but the food thing sucks

D-been thinking about that really dont feel like eat or moving for that matter well have to see maybe I will get my kid to fix me something and gag it down
have not been to curves in 5 days man am I a real losser at this but by god I am sick lol I hope to get this going better in a few weeks yell if you must but I am trying

Breakfast---my usual 8 slices of bacon
Lunch---two drumsticks
Afternoon snack---about 3 ounces of cheddar cheese and a serving (14 crackers) of Wheat Thins Sundried Tomato and Basil crackers---yummy!
Dinner---chicken casserole (about 5 ounces) and broccoli (about 2 ounces)
Evening snack---graham cracker smeared with peanut butter
According to FitDay, this totals about 1728 calories, with 105 grams of protein, 93 grams of fat, and 128 grams of carbs---not a bad day at all!
