Hey everyone!!!!! Hope everyone had an awsome day today. Mine was pretty good. I did go and excersise for 45 minutes tonight, for my first time. **ugh** B~~sm. cup coffee with splenda/creamer S~~cheese stix L~~1 cup of Hormel Chili~~NO BEANS!! and I added some cheese to it. S~~cheese stix and 4 peanut butter crackers (I ate these about 2 hrs apart today) D~~1 Cup organic salad with 2 oz of chix and cheese and Ranch YUMMY Took my vitamins and after I eat, I'm gonna drink some more, I've had about 40oz today. I didnt do so well today.. Ive been in bed with a migrane most of the day.. B- protein shake S- nothing L- nothing S-4 pretzel sticks D- ground steak & cheese S-nothing Ive only had about 20oz of water today.. Once this migrane passes Ill get back on track.. I did take all my vitamins though!!

ok ok ok I took all my meds got in all my water but the food is something diff B-none S-corn nuts L-none S-chesse its D- chicken and vegs ok I was at the doctor all day and that was all I could find to eat will do better tomorrow I am staying home all day
