~~Wednesday's Food Patrol~~!!!!!
Hey everyone!!!!!
Hope everyone had an awsome day today. Mine was pretty good. I did go and excersise for 45 minutes tonight, for my first time. **ugh**
B~~sm. cup coffee with splenda/creamer
S~~cheese stix
L~~1 cup of Hormel Chili~~NO BEANS!! and I added some cheese to it.
S~~cheese stix and 4 peanut butter crackers (I ate these about 2 hrs apart today)
D~~1 Cup organic salad with 2 oz of chix and cheese and Ranch YUMMY
Took my vitamins and after I eat, I'm gonna drink some more, I've had about 40oz today.
