YOUR "wow" moments

Wow!!! moments for me: I can totally turn around in the shower without the showercurtain touching me at all ... hated it when it stuck to me! There's now about 5 inches between me and the steering wheel in my car ... before my belly rubbed it as I drove. I can walk 8 blocks!!!!!!!!!!! and did I say !!!!!? My rings are all too big I've had to have links removed from my Medical Alert bracelet (go figure that one!) Went to Wallie-Mart and bought clothes off the wrack yesterday! Holy Moly! $8 for a pull-over vs $38 for something similar via LB or Roamans catalog order. Very nice wow moment. Did my measurements and even though my @$$ is still big ... there are 15 inches gone from it!!! Ok I'll stop ... could probably go on for an hour! Myra

hi carmella and everyone i feel like my whole life is a wow moment these days! everything is just SO much easier to do. i can mow my entire yard without taking rest periods to sit. i go up and down my stairs when i want, instead of planning my trips upstairs so i don't have to go more than once. i only need one seat on planes...and i don't need the seat belt extender anymore. i can walk anywhere without losing my breath, and becoming all sweaty. i just FEEL so great! it's all wonderful for me! best to all of you! deb -195

I bought 2 new outfits last night and they are a smaller size than I could wear before. As big as I am, I didn't really think 18lbs would make that much of a difference! Hugs, Dawn
