Who doesn't like sweet yummies?? I've added a soup recipe and a savory one so here's one for your sweet tooth. Lemon Souffle' 2 Large Eggs, separated 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 tablespoons lemon zest(light scrapings from the rind) 6 packets artificial sweetner (Splenda or sweet n low) 1 12ounce can of fat free evaporated milk Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites until stiff. In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients together and gently fold in egg whites. Pour into a 2 quart casserole or souffle' dish and place dish in a baking pan. Pour ho****er into baking pan until it reaches halfway up sides of souffle' dish. Bake for 35 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Calories: 117.47, Protein: 9.23 g, Fat: 2.51 g, Carbs: 15.61g, Cholesterol: 106.25mg, Fiber: 0.38 g, Sodium: 151.83 mg. I really do love lemon. When I was pregnant I sucked on Lemon drops everyday..YUMMIIEE. I'm glad you guys are enjoying the recipes..let me know how they work out for you. {{{HUGS}}} Jamie
