I figured I'd add a desert recipe too....
Who doesn't like sweet yummies?? I've added a soup recipe and a savory one so here's one for your sweet tooth.
Lemon Souffle'
2 Large Eggs, separated
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest(light scrapings from the rind)
6 packets artificial sweetner
(Splenda or sweet n low)
1 12ounce can of fat free evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat egg whites until stiff. In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients
together and gently fold in egg whites.
Pour into a 2 quart casserole or souffle' dish and place dish in a baking pan. Pour ho****er into baking pan until it reaches halfway up sides of souffle' dish.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
