I guess nobody eat anything but me?????
This is something to do if you are post or pre or still fighting the battle SMO
Lets see what did I eat
B- I had little tiny egg burrito on a low carb tortilla all together it was 3ozs.
S- banana cream pie yougurt light
L- protein shake
S- grapes
D- The church had encillada plates so I got one of those now I got dinner for several days I eat about 3ozs of it.
S- A little more of that dinner plate.
I have also turned in to waterholic I had me vitmins and 64ozs water today

Connie, what a great idea you had with the encillada plate! Sounds like you had a good day! I ate, but then I have not wls yet but I did eat today ... ha ha ha.
Breakfast: two breads and cup of coffee
Dinner: beef steak, potato with butter, and brocolli
"Lunch": banana
Snack: surgar free popcycle
and Water
Guess my pouch is still extra big
