Monday's Food for Thought!!!!

Hello everyone!!! Hope you had a great start to your week. I really tried today, so here goes B~~1/2 scrambled egg, 1/2 piece of white toast S~~1/2 cup coffee with splenda/cream L~~ 2 slices of provolone with 4 slices of sandwich peperoni rolled up 4 mini pretzels D~~1 cup of spring mix salad 3oz of steak, feta cheese and cheddar with 4 crutons. Working on my fluids. I'm out the door to go tanning and working out!!! Have a great night!! Carmella

I did it I ate 3 meal today got in all my water and took all my meds B-egg bacon S-none L-chicken S-sunflower seed D-chicken leg I know I did not do really well but its a start love you guys shelley

WOW Shelly at least you ate some good for you food and thats better than your other option of none. Makes me happy to see you post that you are eating! B- Some more of that encillada plate and then in the tra**** went never thought there would be a day that I could throw some of my favorite food away. S- Grapes L-protein shake S 1/2 of a bananna D- toppings of a slice of supreme pizza S-Petzel stixs Only 32ozs of water today and got the vitmins down
