Hello
Lisa
Congradulations!!!! I know you are so excited. I am still doing my weight loss diet for 6 months before they can refer me to the WLS doctor. I will be over with all that in March and my PCP can refer me. I know that it will come soon enough. I am just enjoying what I can eat now. My problem with being obese is that I have been this way my whole life. I don't care if I go all day with out eating and starve myself to death, I still gain weight. I have alot of fluid build up and I take med's for it, so that is mostly my problem and PCOS. Doctor said that when you have that it is hard to lose weight. So does me no good to try really hard now. I jus****ch what I eat. Anyways I will be on that losing side soon enough. Well Congradulation's again and you have a very blessed day!!!

Hi Mary,
Do Angelettes count? I have 3 that have absolutely changed my life for the better. I have gotten so close to them I call them my family. I thank this board every day for bringing them to me. (I also have 1/2 an angel by default that I also adore). Anyway they are Candy, Sipele, Ruth, and my default angelette is Willby. I dont know what I would do without them. Love you guys.
Hugs,
Soos
Hi Soos,
Yes Angelettes do count. Some people are just so lucky to have so many. But you know I have one and that Alabama Shelley and I guess if you want to think about it, she is all I need. I tell you she is such a good
that she calls me every morning to remind me to take my med's. She is so sweet. I
her to death. And we too give each other time away and she understands and I do too. But when we do get back talking we have alot to chat about. Just love that. But I just wanted to pop in and say hey back to you. I am having to watch my son. He got sick this morning and had to come home from school. Poor little thing. I think he ate to much last night. Well talk to you later.

HEY MARY!!
I HAVE BEEN ON THIS BOARD FOR ABOUT FOUR MONTHS NOW AND I HAVE TO TELL YA, I COULD'T DO THIS JOURNEY WITHOUT MY ANGEL. HER NAME IS TANJA WOLLIN FOR THE FEW THAT DONT KNOW THAT.I FOUND HER AND ITS BEEN AWSOME EVER SINCE. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT SHE LIVES WAY ON THE TOP OF THE STATES IN NORTH DAKOTA AND I LIVE WAY DOWN AT THE BOTTOM NEAR FLORIDA LINE IN GEORGIA.I HAVE NEVER MET HER BUT CAN TELL YA WE TOTALLY ARE GOING TO ONE DAY. WE TALK ABOUT IT ALOT AND CANT WAIT. I KNOW WE COME FROM TWO DIFFERENT LIFES WITH HER UP THERE AND ME DOWN HERE BUT NEVER HAS BEEN A PROBLEM WHEN IT COMES TO BEING THERE FOR EACH OTHER. SHE KNOWS WHEN IM DOWN AND VISE VERSA. WE GIVE EACH OTHER SPACE WHEN NEED IT AND YAK WHEN HAVE TO, WHICH IS MOST OF THE TIME LOL. AND THE SUPPORT IS AMAZING! SHE HAS HAD HER SURGERY AND IM AT THE END OF GETTING MINE, OR SO I HOPE. I ALWAYS TELL HER SHE HAS TOTALLY EARNED HER WINGS WITH ME. BETWEEN ALL THE WHINNING OVER INSURANCE APPROVAL AND JUMPING THROUGH HOOPS TO GET THE TESTS DONE AND ALL SO YES I AGREE THAT ANGELS ARE VERY IMPORTANT AND HAVE GAINED A FRIEND FOR LIFE.WE ARE LIKE SOME SAY, WE ARE A PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY SANDWICH... LOVE YA TAN!!
Hi Everybody,
I want to thank my "Jelly" for all the kind words. She has been there for me every step of the way, as well (although I had already had my surgery by the time I found this board - lol)! She is my best bud on the entire internet, and I am so glad we found each other. Yeah, we live on opposite sides of the country and come from two different worlds, but she teaches me about Southern life and I teach her about being a "Yankee"!! All that aside, we think alike and see things in the same light. We can "yak" about nothing and still have a great time. Even though I've had my surgery, and Marge hasn't YET, we are there to support each other through "thick and thin," and that means so much to me. When the time is right, we will meet up, and all those around us better watch out - LOL - because we'll be painting the town red for sure! I couldn't be happier to have Margaret as the other half of my very tasty Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich (and she is NOT just grape or apple)!
Your Best Bud,
Tan
P.S. I will also send a shout out to my angel, Georgeann, who I know has been very busy lately, but has always been a big inspiration (and not just to me, I'm sure)
Hello Hello Hello
You have a great
!!!!!!! I know you are great to her too. It's funny, Me and Shelley only live two hours away and we haven't got to see each other but twice in 9 months. Boy one of us better get the move on and meet somewhere in the middle. lol
I hate to travel by myself. My DH works in Louisiana down in the Gulf. He is a engineer out on a big boat. He stays gone for 28 days and then comes home for 28. I love the home time but I hate the other. But when he comes home I think I am going to take a trip up there and see my best
. Well hope you get to see yours soon. Have a very blessed day!!!!
Hugs
Mary
