Tuesday's Food for Thought!!!
Evening everyone...........
Well hopefully SOMEONE is going to post, since last night I only received 2 responses!!!!!!
Or everyone is being perfect on their daily food intake and NO ONE needs to be accountalbe!!!!!
Well, I still need to be accountable since I still have 115 more pounds to lose, so I will document my food intake for today.
B~~less than 1/2 of a scrambled egg/3 bites of white toast
S~~1/2 cup coffe with splenda/creamer
L~~1 1/2 rolled up provolone with sandwich peperoni, 1/4 cup cottage cheese
D~~1 cup organic salad mix with 2oz steak and feta.
Drinking my fluids now and took my vitamins.

Carmella, you did wonderful.. and so did Willby too! Ok, so I am not on any diet ..yet, and I will not tell you what I had today, as it was not at all diet food. Infact my tummy is still filled and I wi**** was a little itty bitty pouchie like yours. But when I do get to be on the loosing side, I will like this posting what a great idea!
