Wednesday's Food for Thought!!!!

I KNOW YOUR EATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The question is WHAT are you eating?????????
B~~1 slice provolone/sand. pep. rolled up
S~~1/2 cup coffee splenda/creamer
L~~2oz chopped steak and 1/2 CUP HOME FRIES!!!!
S~~4 peanut butter cheese crackers
D~~2oz thin pork chop 1/4 cup corn
No snacking tonight, and I'm still drinking!!!! Took my vitamins too.
I'm out the door for some exercise (gotta get rid of the home fries today) and some tanning.

I had 1/2 protein bar before going to the gym to workout at 5:30 am.
B- 1/2 fat free refried beans, 2 T fat free sour cream, 2 T salsa
S- EAS Carbadvantage protein drink
L- Homemade greek salad. I used cucumbers, zucchini, tomatoes, carrots, green onions and green peppers. I add feta cheese and canned chicken. I use a fat free balsalmic vinagrette dressing...yum! Then, 5 triscuits.
S-2 slices roast beef lunch meat and 1 string cheese
D-1 lean cuisine meal (don't know which one yet. I eat the low carb ones.)

Im not doing so well with food lately.. Ive asked my nut for some advice but havent found anything that works for me other than salads..
B- protein shake
S- nothing
L- protein shake
S- nothing
D- mashed taters, gravy, chopped steak (held none of it down)
S- nothing
I know! I need to eat, but everything comes right back up and Im sick of bending over the toilet!! I think Ill go back to full liquids for a couple days to see if that helps any.. It cant hurt right??
