Tuna/Chix from a can?????????

I have a question!!!! I have been wanting to try Tuna and Chicken from a can in my salads. What I want to know is this: If I make a salad and add tuna from a can/pouch....What kind of salad dressing should I use. Ranch typ dressing seem kinda gross to me. And the same for the chicken added to a salad, What kind of dressing. Huh huh.............anyone??????? Any ideas???? Carmella

Hi Carmella , I like Italian my self but I would think you could use any low fat dressing that you like. Canned tuna and chicken will go with about anything. Good luck and let me know how it works. Veronica

hi carmella i've been eating tuna and chicken from cans for lunch for a long time...i don't even do the salad part...just a can of tuna or chicken. and i do put ranch dressing on it. i think it's pretty good! deb -198
