Good Morning SMOers!!

I just wanted to say good morning, yes I'm up at this ungodly hour to get ready for work! Since I've returned to work this week I haven't been on the boards too much! I miss you all already! It's kinda been rough so far, Monday and yesterday my lunch tried to kill me! Yesterday I even in the bathroom. And I had to try and be composed and "not obvious" so I could get right back to my desk and work! I never got sick with any foods at home - why now? Oh well, I'm managing. I've resolved to just take soup for lunch now and play it safe!!! The nice thing is my work scrubs are baggy and it feels so good!! Well, you all have a wonderful fall day! good morning!!! i havent been to bed yet and i have a full day ahead. dont u just hate meds that do that to u? im on clear liquids for my surgery on tuesday. i cant wait. im hopefully having it lap. its so cold here i cant take it. hope u feel better today. lisa

Good Morning I guess I'm up too! Since this surgery I can not So I'm sitting here and drinking my first post op protein drink and its not to bad so when I finish this I'll have 42g of protein in for the day and I'm only 1 week post op I had my follow up appt yesterday and I've lost 20#'s in my first week That is so awesome that your clothes are getting baggy. I DO know that we are at the mercy of our pouches now You know how that saying goes"if mama aint happy aint nobody happy"? Just insert the word pouch for mama and I think we pretty much have that covered. My new pic is at OH.com............but you know theyve been pretty busy what with all the grief theyve given us over the new sign in Seriously, though, I do appreciate everything they do here at this site. when you consider that it was started at someones home........its really amazing how it grew.
