Thursday's Food for Thought

Evening everyone. Hope you all had a wonderful day. It's snowing here already!!! It was a high of 30 degrees today. I'm sooo not ready for this. B~~Prov./peperoni rolled up S~~1/2 cup coffee with splenda/creamer L~~Jr. Chez burg from Wendy's, I ate just the meat, I don't eat the bun Sm. baked potatoe with cheese/bacon. I ate a little over 1/2 of it. D~~Having Ramen Noodle soup. Drinking the broth mostly and a few bites of the noodles. I can't eat too much of the noodles or it makes me sick. But, I'm cold and I wanted something warm. I'm still trying to decide if I want to go and walk on the treadmill, It's technically my night off, but I still might go. It's really cold out, so I'm not sure yet. Working on my fluids. Had 40oz already in today, gonna push for more tonight. Take Care~~ Carmella

Still not doing so great with foods.. My pouch seems to be more and more annoying lately! B- protein shake S- 1/4 cup popcorn L-3 bites of spagetti-os (didnt hold it down) S-nothing D-1/4 cup of corn flakes with skim milk (trying hard to hold it down) S-nothing I did okay with water today.. Drank about 50oz so far today plus an Isopure.. so Ive had 70g of protein! Yippee.. Took my vitamins, except the calcium tonight..

Hi Amber!! I've noticed your sick alot lately. You ok? Just wanted to check up on you!!! Man I wish I could do the protien drinks, I just can't get them down. Any ideas???? Hope you feel better soon!!! Carmella PS...I decided it was too cold to walk on the treadmill, so I stayed home tonight. I'll just make sure I go Sat. morning.

HI CARM HOPE YOU HAD A WONDERFUL DAY B: 2 SLICES TURKEY SANDWICH MEAT ON WHEAT (1 SLICE) S: PROTEIN BAR L: CHICKEN BREAST WITH HOT WING SAUCE S: SF POPSICLE D: STRING CHEESE AND YOGURT TOOK MY VITAMIN AND GOT IN MY WATER 80 OZ.
