I've Been Approved!!!

I got the call from Wanda at Henry Ford today to say that I have been approved for the surgery. I am so stunned really that it just hasn't hit me yet. I am thrilled and scared and hopeful and grateful all at the same time. I hope everyone is doing well. I haven't posted much lately because we just moved into our new house and our little guy has had some trouble adjusting to the move. He likes the new house and his new yard, but he's been really whiny and clingy and misbehavin' , so I haven't had much time on the puter lately. I am hoping to get on here more soon as I have seen some posts with concerns about the board dying. I sure hope not because you all seem like wonderful people and I would love to get to know you all better. Take gentle care everyone.

Hi Shelley, So glad to hear that you were APPROVED!!!what a wonderful time for you!!! I'm still running that gambit of feeling anxious, excited and scared all at the same time. Surgery day for me is next Wednesday!! Eeeeech! Actually I am doing pretty good....it's my family that keeps wanting me to do "the Last Supper" thing with them. I think they are thinking that our "food thing" is gonna be gone soon. Let's put it this way... my hubby just took us out to dinner tonight....one of those all you can eat places..need I say more???
