thanks everyone! alicia: my surgery was jan. 25, 2005, so i'm just a couple days short of 10 months. i'm not really very good about exercise...use a treadmill sometimes. thanks for the kind words, and best to you! deb

Deb, Congrats on such amazing weight loss. That is phenomenal. I went to look at your profile and I noticed your journey wasn't really chronicled there. Are there any tidbits of advice you would have for the rest of us SMOers who are looking for that kind of weight loss? You are an inspiration to me just because you have lost so much. My starting weight is around 476 and I have surgery on 12/16/05. I hope to have a post like yours this time next year. If you don't mind what was your starting weight? I pray you will have all the best God has for you as you continue in this journey. Vickie
