I went on friday... and it was SUPER!!! The dr is a post op! I would have never guessed!!! ( Not that I think Post Ops look a certain way or anything.. I just mean I would have never thought she'd had a weight problem) She looked fantastic!!! This made the whole thing so much easier.. None of the negative or ignorant comments I have gotten from others in the medical field. No horror stories like so many ppl like to share.. LOL She knew what I was talking about and that felt good. I asked her starting BMI and it was 58... SO she's one of us!!!!! LOL Her personality couldn't have been better either. Plus she came in on the biggest shopping day of the year so she could help people get further in this journey! Top Notch all the way....clap:

you are SO LUCKY. the psych eval was the most challenging part of my journey and i've heard from others using the same psych that it was no easier for them. that was a relief though, or i would have thought it was me. not her. sounds as though it's going really well for you, girl. i'm so glad. hang in there cause it's gonna happen for ya. take care dorthe

Congrats on your luck!! I too got really lucky with my pysc eval.. My pysc is also post op.. Loved her to death, she even took the time to give me many details of what to expect right after surgery.. There are so many horror stories of psyc evals gone bad that I was terrified when my time came.. Thankfully I had someone who understands SMO, WLS, and everything that goes along with it.. I personally sent mine a thank you card after surgery.. She was top notch and helped me in so many ways.. Amber
