Monday's Food for Thought.........
Well today was a horrible day at work for me, which in turns makes it a horrible day of eating for me. This is an honest answer as to what I've had.
B~~sm cup of coffee splenda/cream
L~~2 bites of chix tender and 3 potatoe slices with cheese from BW-3's.
D~~3 Boneless chix things, 1 slice of chix casadea (which is actually just 2 bites, I don't eat the casadea with no filling.)
*****************NO WATER/FLUIDS*******************
Only the little bit of coffee. This is horrible. When I'm stressed at work, I can't seem to relax to eat anything. So I gave up. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
I'm going tanning and going to excersise, maybe to relax and get my mind off work and I will get on the drinking for today.
I did take my vitamins.
