Help pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease!!!

Thanks for all your responses,VERY much appreciated. The sad thing is I have called the insurance many times and they say that they can not give me any info,they have to give it to my doctors office due to the privacy/hipa law.I think that is crazy as I am the patient.Go figure!!!!

I would request a supervisor... YOU are the patient.. YOU are paying them for a service.. They have to tell you what's going on... This makes no sense.. Be persistent and get your questions answered. This will make the waiting a little easier to bear... Good Luck!!
