I HAVE A SURGERY DATE !!!!!
I have been lurking and reading this board since June. Just wanted to say thanks for all the ideas, help and support. I have been struggling to get approval. Got call from my surgeons office yesterday saying I was approved and that they had saved a date for me. DECEMBER 28TH. I will be starting my new life with the new year. I am kind of a private person so I have not posted much. But, I read the board most each day. I love to read all the success stories. I especially love all the information on this BMI over 50 board. My BMI was 69 when I had my initial consultation. I AM SO EXCITED... About my surgery day.. and a little nervous as well. I have never had any kind of surgery except my tonsils taken out. I appreciate any words of support.

I had no surgeries except the 3 c sections and I was terrified of surgery, but as you can tell all has worked out wonderfully for me and I am now 3 weeks out and have lost 32# and 11 inches in my waist so far. I would have my surgery again in a heartbeat. I am so excited for you
