Congratulations and welcome to the losers bench!!! The runs will go away soon, I think that's pretty common. The sipping was challenging for me too! Even now 7 weeks later, I still forget sometimes and start to take a long drink! This is a work in progress and every week it gets easier. Just don't try to push yourself, take it slow and in time all of these new "rules" will become habit! So glad you are doing well! Take care and keep us posted! Much love, Carol V

I feel really nauseated. I wi**** would stop. I'm hoping by Saturday I'll feel great. My nephew is having his 4th birthday party and I need to go.

I'm trying to take good care of me. My mom was at the hospital all week babying me. She had to go home, but will return during the week. My H is home and he is a good egg too.
