Ruth, Don't lose heart on this ... remember, if God leads you to it, he'll get you through it! And I'd say He's led you to it, wouldn't you? Also, your story sounds so familiar to me ... but instead of fighting Cigna for a year, I fought BC/BS ... from February, 2004 til I finally changed to Medicare January 1, 2005. I never won with them ... and it WAS so discouraging. I would get so revved up about the whole thing and then be dashed back down when they kept saying no over and over. I DO know exactly how you feel right now. So, here's hoping that the new insurance is your answer ... it was mine, for sure. Consider yourself in my prayers and thoughts, girlfriend ... cause you're there. chin up! Myra
