Hello Everyone, 1. My senior year. I enjoyed my graduation. After graduation my best friend and I spent a few days in Galveston at my Aunt's beach house. We has a blast. I was also in a co op and went to school half a day and worked have a day. That was fun. 2. I had a cousin and my sister in law that has WLS and they both looked awesome. 3. I think so. My sister in law was in ICU for two weeks. I was a little scared but saw her results so I had to go through with it. (I also used a different doctor than she did.) 4. Not being able to drink diet cokes has been hard. Having to drink tons of water gets on my nerves sometimes. I pack a cooler every morning with 4 bottles of water before work and I make myself drink all four bottles before I get home from work. Take care, Diana 379/194/? starting bmi 62

1.) What was your most memorable year in school and why? Probably the year I got my license. 2.) Who or what was your biggest motivation/inspiration to have WLS? I am going to say My OH FAMILY, myself, my sister, and my aunt. 3.)If someone very close to you passed away due to complications from WLS would you still go through with it? I really don't know that's a hard question to answer. It depends on the situation. 4.) Pre-ops: What do you think will be the most difficult aspect of having WLS? I think learning to NOT drink while you eat, the emotional changes, dealing with family get togethers (the food aspect). Post-ops: What has been the hardest thing to get used to after surgery? 5.) Whats your middle name? Oh Goodness it's Lyn...I can still hear my parents yelling Jamie Lyn and it seemed like the Lyyynnnn went on forever. I dropped Lyn when I got married but they still call my Jamie Lyn. My mom's name is Diane Lyn AND I passed it on to my daughter she is Kaitlyn Diane. I couldn't help myself she is my mom's first (and looks like only) granddaughter and she wanted her sooooo bad. My mom's face just lit up when she found out what we named her

1. I would have to say that my senior year was the most memoriable. I really came out of my shell that year. I met my best friend. Joined all sorts of clubs. Graduated in the top 5% of my class. I have to say that it was the best year. 2. Myself. I was tired of sitting around watching myself die. I refused to do it any longer. 3. Yes. 4. I think getting used to my body has been a very hard thing for me. I'm always a little perplexed and how my body looks and feels now. I am down 140lbs and I still look at myself and have a hard time seeing that loss at times. I can lay in bed and feel ribs, collar bones, hip bones and other bones that I never even thought about before. I feel slightly alienated from the rest of the world because of the way that I have to eat but its not the most horrible feeling. 5. Marie Faith Lap RNY 350/210/175
