MY SURGEONS OFFICE JUST CALLED AND THEY SUBMITTED MY PAPERWORK TODAY

I WILL KNOW BY THIS WEDNESDAY IF I AM APPROVED OR NOT

AND IF I AM I WILL HAVE SURGERY BY THE END OF THE YEAR
