Okay here's the deal. I was downloading songs (which I know isn't really something good to be doing) anyway I'm not sure what happened but something in the program I guess has totally messed up my computer. A thing came on that said the reason my computer kept shutting down was something called Instafind or something like that so it said delete it from the control panel which I did and when I did and restarted my computer it came back all distorted and HUGE!! All the colors and words are distorted and to say the least my husband is about to blow a gasket. I've tried everything in my limited knowledge of computers to fix it and still it looks terrible. I think it almost looks like it's running safe mode or something. ANY ADVICE AT all would be helpful. It's driving me nuts trying to use the computer like this. Thanks in advance, Jamie

Jamie, are you running Windows? If so, what version? If it's Windows XP, click on Start/Settings/Control Panel/Display/Settings. You will see a little slider to change the resolution. Try moving that slider a little bit and see if that gets the resolution back to what you want. Best of luck. Kasey 365/210 (nonop)

I just downloaded some new songs (paid for them too) I use musicmatch you can get a free donwload of it and use it for free, but the songs are 99 cents each, well worth it if you like to download songs because they are guaranteed no viruses. Take care Jeremy

Hi Jamie.. You might want to go to microsoft.com and get the beta version of spyware they have there.. it is very good and it will warn you and also remove the spyware you may have already downloaded plus its free. The resolution thing is just a bandaid on a probably bigger problem brewing under the surface. Try it and see if that works for you! Good Luck Steph PS it will also help with future problems before they become issues
