My eating??? help
Hello every one,
I am wondering if I am eating right?
I think the fat content is a bit high, but I am getting protien first,'\
here is yesterday
brk: whole grain english 9 grmas protien, 1 egg, 1/2 slice deli ham, 1 slice cheese, I ate 1/2 of this.
noon: salad, about 1/4 cup, with rolled up deli turkey ham cheese, about 3/4 cup total dipped in house dressing.
3pm... 3 crackers with natural peanut butter
6pm.. boston market turkey2 0z gravy (tiny) 2 teaspoons stuffing 2 teaspoons cream spinich yummmm
9pm 3 oz light yogurt
so nothing fried, no sweets. but like the spinich tastes so good..must be bad..
am I doing ok, I am down over 50 pounds, and that was 12 days ago, I feel I am loosi ng, also my portions are small,

WOW 5 MEALS? I ONLY GET 3 LOL I TRIED STUFFING THE OTHER DAY AND THE NEXT DAY I WAS IN HELL I MIGHT HAVE EAT TO MUCH STUFFING MAYBE I DONT KNOW...
