A wow moment to share...

Hi Everyone, I wanted to share a wow moment I had over this weekend. I am still in shock. Right now I am down 56 pounds and I so pleased with my weight loss. But I was home this weekend and I thought ok - I need to measure myself again. SO I get out the tape measure and put it around my waist and it fit - I started to cry (tears of joy) it was the first time in a long time that a regular size (60 inch) tape measure fit around my waist. Then the biggest shock happened when I added up all my inches that I have lost. In fact I am still in shock that I have lost 60 inches!!!! FIVE FEET OF INCHES!!!! I just cried and I am still in shock. I thank god everyday that I was so lucky to have my surgery and all the wonderful support for you all and my family. HUGS for ALL of you! Monica F.

Hi Lori, Things are going fine at work. In fact I started looking for a new job. Mainly just within my company - I work for a large company and just need a change. I know that the right oppurtunity will come along. And the best part is no one has even said a word about me losing the weight - I know that is a surprise but its true. SO things have worked out so far so good. How are you doing sweetie!? Monica

Monica... WOW!!!!!!! Almost make me want to go out an buy a 60" tape measure so I too can have a wow tape measure moment.. mine is 100+ I think, as it fits me.. ha ha ha! Such an inspiration your wow is for me. I just love the wow's in life. MOnica, I think you had two wows though... loosing that many inches is fantastic!
