HELP... WHERE CAN I GET A ROBE??

Loucinda, I don't think you will really need the gown. This surgery is messy with drains and all, just dirty up the hospital gowns. As for a robe. I have a very big 5X that is pink terry. I'll send it to you. Send me your address. Lori 384/268.5/170

Lori.. that is so sweet of you... I would love to pay the postage. Are you sure you would not like me to pay you something?? For the robe.. that is so sweet of you. Another lady offered also on the main board. I think the 5 X might be best. I am about 5-6 and weight about 400 pounds. Started out at 424 but doctor asked me to lose. I only hope I can do as well as you have done.. I want to really stick to the plan.. just like you have done. Congratulations. Can I email you?

Hi Loucinda, I have to agree with Lori here. I brought a nightgown and robe and NEVER used it. I just wore the hospital ones with the opening in the back..which stays open in bed. Then, when you want to get up and try to walk around..I used another of the same as a robe (which covers the opening in the back) It wasn't glamerous...but it was very modess and nobody is expecting a fashion show. My drainage was all over those gowns at least twice a day...and they (the hospital) did all the laundry! Since I had complications...and was in the hospital for 14 days...the snaps at the top made it possible for me to change my gown and not disturb my IV and my oxygen tubes (I call them my leashes)....good luck with your surgery..sending good thoughts your way! Loucinda, Honey, please send me your address. I have a robe size 4-5X that I've worn MAYBE 5 times and you can have it. I have packed up all my old clothes and I will be more than happy to mail it to you . It's yellow, short sleeved with a zipper down the front with pockets. I got it from Lane Bryant.
