I need EVERYONES help...
I am trying to lose 30 pounds prior to surgery. I have 3 months to accomplish this.
I am a pretty good cook, however, I need some ideas for other recipes that are high in protien but low in calories and carbs etc.... I need to be between 800 - 900 calories per day...... NO CHEESE, NO JUICE, NO SUGAR.....
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ANY KIND OF RECIPES WOULD BE AWESOME!
Especially with Christmas just around the corner I need to make some things to take over to my parents place so I can snack, and eat as well....

Pork and saurkraut
Chix stir fry, I just cut up chix and brown and add soy sauce, broci, onion...ect. I'm not big on veggies..use your imagination!! Serve with Brown rice
Chix/Beef Fajitis, just buy the low carb wraps and you could make that into quesadelias too!!!!
brick of low fat cream cheese softened, dried beef diced, scallions chopped, and splash of worchister sauce, mix together and spread on some cucumbers or celery. (I do use crackers once in a while!!! shhh)

Hambuger Salad
Brown extra lean hamburger (either in a patty or crumbled) wash off fat
Place on a bed of lettuce with the trimings - onions, dill pickles (less calories than the other kinds, low cal. ketchup, low cal. dressing), etc.

Vegtable Beef
In fry pan brown hamburger or beef strips wash off fat
Add 1 can beef broth
Cut your choice of fresh low cal. vegies (carrots, celery, cucumbers, etc) into bite size peices place in fry pan simmer with beef until fork goes in easy
Add a can of green beans ( option: with liquid) coo****il warm
can make with chicken or pork too

Heavenly Dream Salad ( I eat this as a dinner often )
In a large bowl mix
1 large Cottage Cheese
1 large low cal / no sugar whip cream
1 can drained crushed pinapple
1 large pkg Sugar free Jello (I use red or green at Christmas)
yummy!!!! (I add fresh or frozen strawberries with red jello)
