I'm back... and bummed...

Sorry I was gone for so long. I was denied by my insurance company. It's really taken the wind out of my sails. I've lost my motivation. I'm afraid to appeal and be denied again, you know. ::sigh:: So anyway, I'm back. Willby! How have you been since your surgery?

hi brandy: i'm glad you came back. i know there are lots of people here who have been denied and gone on to get approved. perhaps they can help with some pointers. i don't blame you for being bummed. it's a big decision to make in the first place. then, once you're ready for it, to be told it won't happen is devastating. please don't give up, though. this journey is full of hoops to jump through and bumps in the road. but well worth it. welcome back dorthe

Brandy, Thanks for asking about me. I have lost 62 pounds so far and not one complication(other than missing food like my own mother). GIRL!! You have got to talk to Ruth!! She's the Queen of Insurance denials. But................she finally made it and has a date!!!!! Dont give up!!! willby

Hi Brandy, Please, don't give up. I was denied by my insurance company 3 times before they finally approved it. You have to be tenacious with these insurance people. If there is anything I can do to help - let me know. It really is worth it. Again, DON'T GIVE UP!! Best, Mary 394/297/155
