Hi everybody, I read somewhere that if your New tummy feels alittle queezy...due to early dumping..or just not feeling right......there is an herbal (non-caffine) type of mint tea that helps alieviate that feeling. Have any of you posties tryed this? and what brand do I look for? Thanks everybody! Hugs, Virginia aka Ginger

Ginger, Chamomile tea really helps calm my tummy. If you get the feeling of having something stuck though, I highly recommend chewing Papaya enzymes. They work great. Lori

Hi Lori, Thanks for the quick response. I posted this on the main message board..and most people seem to enjoy The Celestial Seasoning---Peppermiint, Candy Cane, and Grandma's Tummy Mint. I love the idea of grabbing the papaya enzymes to have on hand..just in case..Can you buy it at a regular grocery store..or healthfood store? Hugs, Ginger

Ginger, I got mine at GNC, but, I've been told by others that other places carry them. They are cheap! I carry a few in my purse and leave some in my desk at work. I don't have to use them often. If I chew slow and well, I have no problems, but sometimes... Lori P.S. They taste good too.

Hi Virginia aka Ginger? I have never dumped, but I have found that Decaf peppermint tea is very soothing. Monica
