Well since there was SOME activity on the board tonight I decided to have mercy on them and gave them all some lovely protein shakes.
If I continue to see everyone on here then perhaps they can have some V8 and protein bars.....
OF course if it stays quiet... 
I may have to give them egg nog and cheesecake...
