TGIF Roll Call

Hey I thought I would post a roll call and see where it gets me I know we are all busy with the holidays, but we need to stay in touch here as well!! I hope everyone has a terrific Friday. What are you doing for Christmas and Christmas Eve?? Inquiring minds want to know As for me I am going to the inlaws with a friend of mine that has recently had surgery and has no family here since she just moved here. On Sunday we are going to church for an hour and then back to the inlaws for lunch and more family time. Of course this is after the kids get up at the crack of dawn and open gifts I'm sure!!! Good Morning All SMOers: Just checking in. I am up and out of took my brushed my . for emails & did my update for another message board member that had surgery yesterday. Now I am getting ready to take my meds, do my bible devotions. And grab a drink and get out the door. Christmas Eve I am going to Chruch in the morning. And that evening get everything ready for Christmas. This will be my first Christmas dinner that I am doing on my own for my hubby family. Usually we go to my parents house. And for Thansgiving we go out to eat with his father & brother. But this year hubby asked if we could stay here. His dad is in his 80's and not in the best of health. So needless to say I am excited but sad that I wont Be Home For Christmas lol The first one in my 36 yrs of life. Crazy hun?? Well everyone stay safe and have a good day. Ho Ho Ho Melissa

Anita, I'm going to a Christmas Eve party at a dear friend's house tomorrow night. On Christmas Day, I will be doing a 4 hour radio show. I don't have any family in Utah, so I usually try to fill in for the other deejays that do. It is nice though. All my listeners are the lonely folks and call you tell you how happy they are that you are there for them. Then I will go over to another dear friend's house and laugh and laugh...at least that's what these friends of mine usually do... Lori

Hi Anita, I am around. My surgery was a little over a week ago. I am still not up to par. Sleeping in bed is not happening yet. I plan to spend Christmas trying to feel better and thinking about what will be happening in the next year. I wish you all a Merry Christmas. Take care and be careful if traveling. Erin
