Just wanted to share with you. I met a man today that had WLS 16 months ago and weighted, I believe, 535 and has lost to date 280 lbs in 16 months. He is still so excited about the life change that has taken place for him, it is very uplifting. I can't even imagine doing that great. He is now playing baseball again and doing great.

That is uplifting, Jan ... for me, especially, because that's very close to the amount of weight I will have had to lose in order to be at goal of 150lbs my BS set for me. I'm 9 months out now, and one constant worry for me all throughout this whole thing is that I won't lose what I need to, and still be struggling when my pouch stops working. I'm -153 lbs down right now, with at least 130 lbs. more to go, and I just have to have faith I'll be able to get to goal. I admire this gentleman so much!! Thanks for the message, it helps keep my "hope" reserve filled. Myra
