100 lbs gone since my first visit with the surgon

I can hardly believe it I am now down 100lbs since my first visit in May with my surgon Dr.Galvin.I think I may faint. I lost the required 30 pounds before surgery plus an extra 8 and since my surgey in October I have lost an addtional 62 lbs for a grand total of 100 big ones that are now gone forever.My only regert is not doing this 10 years ago.
