Need some ideas please!
What is your eating protocol? Are you on soft foods, pureed, normal?
Things I ate when craving salty were canned corned beef - very tender, salty and juicy. Just heat it covered in the micro for about a minute. Yummm! If you're allowed add a bit of finely shredded cabbage and nuke it together for an easy quick corned beef and cabbage.
Sweet? I liked fresh strawberries, jello jigglers, Sugar-free fruit flavored life savers (gave me crunch too), frozen no sugar added sorbets (have recipes for those on my website), diet hot cocoa stirred with a sugar-free candy cane or a cinnamon stick. Sugar-free peppermints.
