Thanks for sharing the WISH diet with us. When I read it....it seems like a LOT of food. And it made me realize that even though I feel like I'm eating a lot.......I eat just about what your diet says. 6 times a day heavy on the protein. It surely made me feel a lot better. Thanks again!

HI, MARLENA! I WOULD REALLY LOOK WITHIN TO SEE WHY U R OVER EATING. I AM A PREGNANT PRE-OP AND MAY NOT BE QUALIFIED TO SAY ANYTHING, BUT WHY WE ARE OVER WEIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE IS USUALLY DUE TO EMOTIONAL EATING. SELF MEDICATING BY WAY OF FOOD. R U UNDER UNUSUAL STRESS ? R U FEELING BAD ABOUT YOURSELF FOR SOME REASON ? THESE ARE SOME REASONS WHY WE TEND TO OVER EAT. I BELIEVE IF U GET TO THE ROOT OF THE ISSUE, U CAN CHANGE THE BEHAVIOR. LOVE YOURSELF AS MUCH AS U LOVE OTHERS, AND WHEN U DO, YOU'LL BEGIN TO TREAT YOURSELF BETTER. BE PROUD OF YOUR LOSER STATUS, AND KNOW THAT U DESERVE HAPPINESS. GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS U ON UR JOUNEY
