1. What is your easiest if not favorite exercise? Walking 2. Are you a procrastinator or do you prefer to GIT R DONE? Depends on situation but I'm usually happier if I just grin and bear it and "Git R Done" 3. What's your all time favorite song? WHY? That's really hard for me to say because I LOVE music and have many favs, however I do love Dock of the Bay Ottis Redding. 4. What's the biggest health issue (co-morbidity) that you are looking forward to WLS "curing"? My cracking knees and Lack O'Energy. 5. Are you pro Valentine's Day? Any Plans? I think it's just pretty much another day and sometimes gifts are given and sometimes not..all in all not a HUGE day for me.

5 Questions 1. What is your easiest if not favorite exercise? Leg lifts. I can do them in bed. A year ago I could barely lift my legs an inch off the bed. now I can point them (one at a time) at the ceiling. 2. Are you a procrastinator or do you prefer to GIT R DONE? Procrastinator. 3. What's your all time favorite song? WHY? I don't really have a favorite, but I love Contempory Christian and Worship music. 4. What's the biggest health issue (co-morbidity) that you are looking forward to WLS "curing"? Lack of mobility. 5. Are you pro Valentine's Day? Any Plans? We were never real romantic about Valentine's Day. For many years it was a kid's holiday to me as I was doing Homeroom Mother stuff with school parties and such. For the past few years it, along with all of February, is just something we try to just get past. My husband died on February 1, 2001. His birthday was February 22. So we throw Valentine's Day in in the middle for good measure and February just wins our sucky month award.

Hi there... 1. I love love love that dang eliptical.. arms and legs and omg i love it... ok i highly reccomend it to anyone.. took me a month but im up to 66 minutes a day 7 days a week! 2. Depends on what we are talkin about. The scale is procrastinating... but I'm GITTIN R DONE in the gym... would have to be more specific! 3.OMG this is a hard one... It's a tie... between ALL BON JOVI SONGS EVER WRITTEN... FAT BOTTOM GIRLS BY QUEEN... and marvin gaye .. LETS GET IT ON... (got tickets for feb 18th in tampa) and marvin.. well.. who doesnt love marvin.. and well queen is just self explainatory.. omg how could u make me choose.. but heres the kicker.. none of those are truly my favorite song.. becuase.. my boyfriend is in a band. www.stillwood.us and they are pretty successful.. and he wrote.. "Standing in her light" for me... so that is by far my favorite song... tho I do love all the others soo much this one has got to be my favorite.. here are the lyrics... PSEUDOTUMOR CEREBRI! the worst affliction a person could imagine having.. 30 spinal taps pushed me over the edge to have surgery.. when spinal taps become "no big deal" and "routine" its time to GIT R DONE! 5. I have a boyfriend but somehow I wish we could skip that day.. I'm always disappointed.. last year I got roses and stuff but somehow it wasnt enough... but then that weekend at the show they played "standing in her light" and he dedicated it to me in front of hundreds of people...
