Thanks to all who prayed for me and wished me well on surgery. There have been a few bumps in the road but, I am finally starting to feel human again. I am requesting ideas for transition from liquid to soft foods. Honestly don't feel like eating much at all but, know I need to eat. Any favorite protein shake ideas? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks so much.

Loucinda, finally! I've been worried about you. I figured you'd email me and let me know how the surgery went. Did the Pink robe work for you? I'm sorry to hear you've had it rough. A protein shake I made all the time during this period was this: 1 scoop GNC Isopure Creamy Vanilla protein mix (0 carbs) 1 cup plain fat free yogurt 1/4 frozen blueberries 1/3 frozen banana 1 Tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate 2 Tablespoons Splenda Blend together. If your fruit is not frozen, add a couple of ice cubes to the blender. This is very tasty and loaded with superfoods nutrition. Blueberries, yogurt and the oj are all superfoods. I'd buy bananas, cut them in 3 chunks, individually wrap each chunk and throw in the freezer. At that time I could not eat a whole banana. Stay in touch! Lori 384/255/168

Lori, Thanks so so much. The robe worked beautifully. Thanks so so much. This shake sounds really really good. The powder you can just buy at a GNC center ??? I need to try this. I have honestly just not been eating much at all. Have had a lot of trouble with nausea. I will try your super shake receipie. Sounds tasty. Thanks Lori
