6 Months post-op
Hi all,
I am now officially 6 month post-op from WLS and 1 week post-op from hernia repair surgery! I have lost 120 pounds (none since hernia repair, and acutally gained a few, but I blame swelling and fluids, because I can 
).
Hernia repair was a breeze. I stood up and walked from operating table into chair, no oxygen, no catheter. It was a breeze. If it weren't for the drains, I would feel like I did not even have surgery. But since the drains stay in until Feb 23, I am going to enjoy my time at home relaxing and pretending like I am in pain so my family will wait on my hand and foot. My boyfriend is doing laundry as we speak 
So, I have included some pictures of me, taken today, in the snug fitting pants I wore on surgery day 6 months ago. In case you are wondering, yes, I know I am still fat, but I am off to a great start!
