Gym is Open (Wed & Thurs)
I know, I know, I'm a loser! I volunteer to do this and the very next day I don't post! In my defense I have been in a training class with no access to computers, then the CEO of our hospital died and we had a memorial for him last night.
Anyway, excuses aside. I did exercise. I don't have time to put in the details, but, this is what I did on Wed and today.
Wed.
15 min eliptical, 15 min treadmill, 15 min stationary bike
abdominal workout
Thurs
25 minutes treadmill
upper body free weight work out on a stability ball.
I'm off to my full day of training again!
