Gym is Open (Friday)
Hi guys.
Today is the day that my trainer has me move quickly from one exercise to the other and go through the circuit 3 times.
Weight Training Circuit (Complete 3 cycles)
1. Machine Leg Press 1 x 8
2. Machine Chest Press 1 x 8 35 lbs
3. Cable Seated Row 1 x 8 75 lbs
4. Machine Leg Curls 1 x 8 70 lbs
5. Standing DB Shoulder Press 1 x 8 15 lbs
6. Standing DB Biceps Curls 1 x 8 15 lbs
7. SB Dumbbell Triceps Extension 1 x 8 15 lbs
8. Machine Back Extension 1 x 10
9. SB Crunch 1 x 15
After I finished this I did 10 minutes on the stationary bike and 15 minutes walk around the track.
