Am I losing it???
Hi Everybody!
Have any of you posties or prepies out there feel like such a cluts(I know you don't spell it that way) I'm not "sure-footed", I'm a wall crasher, oh, and I have been soooo forgetful lately. Get this...I lost my cell phone! I tore my house apart looking for it. A friend of mine suggested that I call the cell phone company to see if any calls were made from that number. The were NO calls made during the time it was missing....well, to make a long story short. I canceled my phone and ordered a new one!!! I tell ya, that operator was good at what she does...sell new phones!!!! I just know when I recieve my new one in the mail today..I'll find the one that I just cancelled. Oh well, just wondering if any of you out there has had a total brain freeze like me. Have a great day...maybe I'll trip over my phone!
Ginger
Hi Ginger
I've got a good one for you!! I am blind as a bat without my glasses....well, the other night, I woke up in the middle of the night, and couldn't find my glasses
I woke my DH up complaining about what could have happend to them.....Guess what? I already had picked them up off the bedside table, and was holding them in my hand the entire time..
My DH didn't find it so funny,,,,,,but I sure did.
Theresa
Hi Theresa,
Oh how funny!!!
That reminds me of a friend of mine who lost her car in a mall parking lot. First she called the police..and then, while waiting for the police to get there, she calls her husband. Her husband asked her which one of their cars was she driving...come to find out, she was leaning against "the missing" car when the police got there!! Talk about having a red-face..
that kinda thing happens to her all the time!

Oh I think we all have our days... I went to walmart one time (actually I done this a couple of times). Got in a car to go home and the keys wouldnt start the car. Well I looked around and the car had blue interior. mine had red. wrong car. I think evryone had a oldsmobile that year. Or so it seemed like it. that car got me in trouble all the time. love marie
Oh Twinnie, I know what you mean! I bump into stuff all the time. Later I'll wonder... "now where did THAT bruise come from?!" Very forgetful too. If I didn't put my keys in the same place every day when I enter my house, I would never find them. I am also blind as a bat. The worst is if I knock my glasses off my night stand next to my bed on to the floor. They might as well be in the Bermuda Triangle!
I have a terrible time trying to find them. Once I even went downstairs and got my prescription sunglasses so that I could find my regular glasses.
Huggs,
Ruth
Ginger, how about those times when you walk in a room for something and then forget what it was!! I will stand and stare around thinking "now what did I come in here for"...most times I'll end walking out without remembering. I told my aunt today I'm nearly 30 and my eyes have gone, the memory is going, the figure has yet to appear, and the grey is outsmarting the hair dye!
My husband gets so angry with me and my cell phone. I hate the thing so I keep it in my purse and hardly ever charge it. I spend most of my time here at home and I can't always remember to charge that darn thing up...I prefer a good ole' house phone!
Hugs,
Jamie
