Gym Is Open (Tuesday)

Hi guys! Hope everyone is well and having a pretty good Valentine's Day! The gym was packed this morning, I think everyone was trying to get in shape for their dates tonight! I did 35 minutes on the treadmill, then lower body workout. Lori I can finally report that I did move my big ole body today. i walked 2 miles!!! Now I have to go to and recuperate!!! willby

Good for you Willby! When I first started pushing on the exercise, I had to go to bed many times for recuperation. Now when my trainer gives me a new routine (which he does every 6 to 7 weeks) the first 2 weeks, I find myself having to lay down to recuperate a few times a week! It is normal... I'll bet your "big ole body" is getting littler, isn't it? Keep up the great work! Lori 384/252.5/168

I did 45 minutes of high impac****er aerobics. I threw myself into it and felt like I got a pretty good workout. At the end of the session, we did a stretch where we lift our arms over our heads and grasp the elbows. I've never really been able to do this -- too much arm/shoulder fat. But I can do it now. I can also wrap my towel around my chest, which allows me to get dressed without showing too much scar/gut to the other ladies in the locker room.
